The site's structure, its texts, its rankings, its comparison methodology and its graphic elements are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited, short quotations accompanied by a link to the source page excepted.

The names, trademarks and logos of the providers mentioned remain the property of their respective owners. They are used for identification and comparison purposes, which implies no partnership or endorsement beyond what the site states explicitly.

5.Affiliate links and editorial independence

eSIMrat is funded by affiliation: some links to providers carry an attribution parameter that earns us a commission if you buy. That commission is paid by the provider and changes nothing about the price you pay.

We hold to three rules, and they are verifiable on the site:

• Rankings are sorted on the real price per gigabyte, computed from the providers' own catalogues. No position is for sale.
• A provider we have no deal with is labelled as such rather than hidden, and is compared on the same terms as the others.
• The existence of a commission is disclosed on the pages concerned and in the footer of every page.

6.Personal data and cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to type into the contact form.

7.Liability

eSIMrat is a comparison site: we do not sell eSIMs and we are not party to any contract between you and a provider. Ordering, activation, after-sales support and refunds are entirely the provider's responsibility.

The information published comes from the providers' catalogues and is refreshed on every deploy. Even so, two caveats apply:

• A price, a coverage area or a promo code can change at the provider between two updates. The price that counts is always the one shown on their site at the moment of payment.
• eSIM compatibility depends on your device and on any carrier lock. Check it with the manufacturer or your carrier before buying.

If you spot an error, report it through the contact form: price corrections are handled first.

8.Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
