No. eSIMrat is a comparator: we list providers' plans and send you to them to buy. So an activation, top-up or refund problem is settled with the provider that sold you the plan, not with us.
We cannot touch your line, but tell us what happened anyway: if a provider piles up incidents, that changes its place in the comparator. For an immediate fix, go through their support.
Pick the "Correct a price or a detail" subject and give us the provider, the destination and the price you see on their site. Our prices come from the providers' catalogues and are refreshed at every deploy, but a promo can land between two updates.
We accept affiliate partnerships, never a bought ranking. Sponsored links are labelled, and a provider that pays does not move up a single place: the sort stays the real price per GB.
