How to use the Yesim promo code
Yesim sells unlimited plans by destination, billed by the day, alongside regional and worldwide formats. The code goes in at payment time, on the order.
- 1Pick your planYesim mostly sells unlimited data by the day: length, not volume, makes the price.
- 2Open the promo code fieldOn the payment screen, unfold the row reserved for the discount code.
- 3Apply and check the totalType ESIMRAT, submit, and watch the amount recompute before you pay.
The rat's advice: check the total BEFORE paying, never after. And if you hesitate between two lengths, compare the price per day rather than the sticker price: at Yesim it collapses after a week.
The Yesim promo code that works in September 2026
Only one code to remember: ESIMRAT, 15% off your first Yesim order. On September 22, 2026, we saw it applied on the Japan page: the one-day unlimited plan goes from 3.50 € to 2.98 €, with the "−15% ESIMRAT" badge displayed by Yesim even before the payment screen.
There is no such thing as a 20% or 40% Yesim code, regardless of what aggregator headlines claim. These pages stack codes without dates or proof, relying on the fact that you will eventually end up using the only one that actually works. The 15% rate is already one of the highest negotiated for an eSIM.

ESIMRATeSIMrat code, first order-15%Measured on the one-day unlimited Japan plan, 3.50 € reduced to 2.98 €. The 20% or 40% discount codes displayed by aggregators have no proof of this type.
The code is entered after choosing the duration, never before: with Yesim, the number of days determines the price, and the discount is applied on top. Through our link, the code is already saved; otherwise, it is entered in the discount field on the payment screen.
What 15% is worth on the Yesim grid
A percentage discount pays in proportion to the price, so not much on a small plan. Here is what 15% means on Yesim's Japan grid, the destination we use as a yardstick across the site.
What 15% saves on Yesim's Japan grid
Prices from our catalog, fed continuously by Yesim's product feed. The discount follows the price: the smaller the plan, the more symbolic it gets.
The reading never changes: the code is worth a few cents on a top-up plan and a few euros on a large one. The choice of plan weighs ten times more, which is why our data calculator will teach you more than any code.
At Yesim, length is what makes the price
The Japanese rate is linear over the first week: €3.50 a day, from the one-day plan to the seven-day one. A week therefore costs €24.50, exactly seven times a single day.
Past that, the curve breaks. The 30-day plan drops to €55, or €1.83 a day: three times cheaper per day than the one-day plan. Between 7 and 30 days, every extra day costs less than the one before.
That is the arbitration, and the code changes none of it: on a ten-day trip, the monthly plan sometimes costs less than the exact length. Our Japan comparator shows the other providers' per-GB prices to settle it.
Fake Yesim promo codes and how to spot them
Search for “Yesim promo code” and you will meet codes like YESIM50, WELCOME40 or FREEDATA, advertised with reductions nobody has ever watched apply. They do not work.
Those lists exist for a simple reason: the longer they are, the more clicks they catch, and only one code on them is actually live, the one belonging to the site publishing the list. The rest is scenery.
The counter is one line long: type the code into the basket and watch the total. If it does not move, the code is dead, whatever the promise printed beside it.
Our eSIM promo codes page applies that rule to every provider compared.

Frequently asked questions
ESIMRAT gives 15% off your Yesim order. It goes in at payment time, in the field meant for a discount code.
15% of the order. On the Japanese unlimited plans, that runs from 53 cents on a single day to $9.57 on a full month.
Two common causes. The code was never submitted before payment, or another discount is already on the basket and the two do not stack. Always test the code before paying.
The discount is a percentage: it applies to the order amount whatever destination you pick.
Because that is the rate Yesim grants its partners. An affiliate rate reflects the margin a provider agrees to share, not the quality of its offer: a high rate on a high price does not necessarily make a better buy.
Yesim sells plans advertised as unlimited, billed by the day, next to standard volume plans. As everywhere in eSIM, unlimited comes with fair-use conditions set by the provider, worth reading on its product page before buying.
It is on this page: ESIMRAT, 15% off your first order. Through our link, Yesim applies it automatically and displays the "−15% ESIMRAT" badge on the plans; otherwise, enter it in the discount field on the checkout screen and verify that the total decreases before paying.
On our eSIM promo codes page, which brings together codes from all compared providers, including the date of the last test when the cart was verified. At Yesim, the ESIMRAT code for 15% is one of the highest rates on the list.
In our review, Yesim scores 4.2 out of 5: unlimited plans billed daily in over 170 countries and a polished app, but a high daily price for short stays, which the 15% discount partially compensates for.
