How to use the Nomad eSIM promo code
Nomad sells travel eSIMs for over 200 destinations, in plans by country or by zone. Purchases are made on nomadesim.com or in the Nomad app, and the code is entered at the time of payment.
- 1Choose a fixed-data planCountry or zone, from 3 GB to 50 GB, on nomadesim.com or in the app. Unlimited plans and those already on sale are not eligible for the code.
- 2Log in or create your accountThe purchase is made through a Nomad account, and the code can only be used once per account.
- 3Apply ESIMRAT15 and check the totalAt the time of payment, enter ESIMRAT15 in the promo code field and watch the amount recalculate before confirming.
The rat's advice: the code can only be used once per account. Save it for your largest data plan: that's where the 15% saves you the most, and unlimited plans aren't eligible anyway.
The Nomad eSIM promo code that works in October 2026
Only one code to remember: ESIMRAT15, 15% off your Nomad eSIM plan. Nomad created it for eSIMrat for its partner program on October 7, 2026, and its affiliate team provided us with the terms on the same day. It is valid until June 1, 2029.
The 30% or 50% off headlines from aggregators never show the accompanying cart. ESIMRAT15 is the code created for eSIMrat readers, and the only one we are presenting to you here.
The Nomad eSIM code active in October 2026
ESIMRAT15eSIMrat code, once per account-15%ESIMRAT15 is the code created by Nomad for eSIMrat on October 7, 2026: 15% off volume plans, once per account, valid until June 1, 2029.
The code does not apply everywhere. It is usable only once per account, and it is refused on unlimited plans, on plans for less than $5 (approximately €4.45), on plans already on sale, on data top-ups and on the Thailand 50 GB plan. If the total does not change, check these five cases first.
What 15% earns on the Nomad grid
A percentage discount is proportional to the price. Here is what 15% represents on Nomad's Japanese pricing grid, the destination we use as a benchmark across the entire site, recorded on October 7, 2026.
What 15% brings, Nomad Japan grid
Prices collected from nomadesim.com on October 7, 2026. The 1 GB (under $5) and unlimited plans are excluded from the code.
The code earns you $1.05 on the 3 GB plan and $5.25 on the 50 GB plan. The 10 GB and 20 GB plans were on sale that day: their prices are already lowered, so the code cannot be added to them. Choosing the right plan remains the primary way to save, and our data usage calculator tells you how many gigabytes to plan for before the code even comes into play.
Nomad eSIM, what you're actually buying
Nomad is the eSIM brand of LotusFlare, an American company. Our catalog includes 227 destinations in countries and regional zones, with prices displayed in euros on the website.
Plans are either volume-based, from 1 GB to 50 GB for 7 to 30 days, or unlimited per day. These are data-only plans, tethering is included, and an installed eSIM can be topped up without a new QR code.
The iOS and Android app manages purchases, installation, usage tracking, and top-ups. Meanwhile, a chat responds 24/7. On Trustpilot, Nomad has a 4.3 out of 5 rating from over 42,000 reviews.
To put these plans in perspective with others, our Japan comparator ranks them by price per gigabyte, and our review of Nomad details the rest.
Fake Nomad promo codes and how to spot them
On the search query "Nomad eSIM promo code", sites publish long lists of codes with spectacular discounts, without ever showing a cart where they can be applied. These lists capture the click, and the only truly active code is often the one from the site publishing them.
A 50% discount valid across an entire catalog of eSIMs remains very unlikely: industry margins rarely allow for it. Beware of any promise of this level.
The solution is simple: enter the code at the moment of payment and look at the total. If it doesn't change, the code is dead or the plan is excluded, regardless of the promise displayed next to it.
